using a multimeter to check resistance of live feed and the earth might show up a full short. ?water in electrics somewhere?

Is a wired earthing due to insulation breakdown. seems a bit for a young car?

Just had Mr T on the phone who advises me problem caused by alarm siren has a short that has affected the indicators also Battery is knackered !!!

New siren being fitted tomorrow with Battery, Battery under warranty as only purchased August 2010 !!!

Not sure exactly how much yet but diagnostic is £90 and siren is £127.01

Be aware in case indicators fail !!
