Here's a question for those in the know. Looking to find the Indicator Relay on my Auris, as I would like to replace it. I am wondering firstly where is it, and secondly what fitments is it i.e. 2 pin, 3 pin, etc...

Anybody know?

should imagine its the same as my auris, which is behind the instrument panel, the surround just pulls of with a good grip and a sharp tug.

the flasher relay is at the back, and once switched on easy to identify.

on my auris you can only get two fingers on it,so no chance of unplugging it.

i undid the mounting bracketr nut but but could not move the bracket.as i was fittig a louder buzzer i went to plan B and picked up the feeds under plastic trim in door panels.

hope this helps.

You mean behind the Speedo etc? I was expecting it to be under the bonnet near the fuses or something?

if the flaher relay was under bonnet, you would not hear it.

we are talking about the indicator/flasher relay here?

the cover is held in place by 4 clips,as ive said it pulls of,so nneeds a good tug with both hands.

once off there are 4 screws holding the instrument panel in place once thats off, the indicator relay is at the back, right hand side.

there is enough wiring to allow you to place panel on top of the dash, but lay a cloth on the dash to stop it getting scratched.
