D4D Glow Plugs Plastic Clips

Can anyone please advise how to remove the electrical clips from the top of the glow plugs on a 2L D4D Avensis 03.

Started ok, removed cover removed clips, then faced with the elictrical fitments onto the glow plug - stand still will not pop off turn off???

Confused, please can you advise.

According to the attached picture, it's screwed off.

Thank you - gave up and dropped it in to the local garage in the end. Delighted they fitted them for £24.00 so happy again.

I did watch them unscrew the plastic grommet, but even they struggled so didn't feel too bad.
