Timing Belt

Evening all.....quick question. 2005 Avensis D4D....39000 on clock....when's the best time to change the timing belt....go by the age of car or millage?...thanks in advance.

What mileage does the service schedule say to change at? 60k miles? If so then I'd get changed after 6 years if I was doing low mileage.

EDIT - Yep, it's defo 60k so I would say do it now rather than wait until you hit 60k.
