Oil Filter On Avensis 03 D4D

Hi, I read on this forum that avensis oil filter need 64-65mm / 14 wrench/cup to remove it, so I bought one. My car is 03 reg 2.0 D4D and when I checked the oil filter, it was big compared to 65/14 removal cup. (I guess 74 mm) Can somebody please confirm that 03 D4D 2.0 should have same oil filter as per new toyota with 65/14? It could be the person who serviced it last time, put wrong oil filter on my car. Cheers.
