i was under the impression that the 1.0 and 1.3 could be turbo'd, which is far cheaper than the £3k which is the price roughly of the supercharge for the 1.5 ???

i didn't think there was enough room to slap the turbo on the 1.5???

Mmmmm.

Personally i think the turbo is a better option than the super charger. My reason being is that getting the power down is gonna be the biggest problem. Teri still spins if she puts some welly from standstill, and thats with 215 tyres.

And as the supercharge is on from word go, the extra power is not going to help things, where as turbo, well that don;t kick in to say 3ish k revs, by which time ya gonna be moving, slightly, depending i guess on what revs you drop the clutch at.

Plus, the turbo oomph put back in ya seat is so much more enjoyable, plus dump valves!!! decent ones. Anti lag!!!! get ya mpg into single figures with the flick of a switch hahahaha.

but i think the turbo has more potentinal than the s/c. just my perosnal opinion, and i may be talking utter ******* :)

Still, if the turbo dont become available, then s/c it is.
