Im sure toyota can ;) or eBay or a scrappie. The actual revometer is fairly expensive. What you need it for anyways?

Sand it, fill it with pudding, sand it, undercoat it with plastic precoat, spray to the colour of your choice and finally give it a clear coat... Simples
