i just put in a stage 2 racing clutch in my 91 celica gt and have noticed a bad vibration in my idle. A mechanic told me tht the "high performance cluth is causing the vibration and it is normal and not a mechanical error" is this tru ??

nope!!a clutch wont cause a bad vibration at idle.....its most likely somethings been left loose or not put back together properly....

ive fitted lots of racing clutches to my cars and friends cars and never had a bad vibration after..

If your getting vibration its probably not seated properly or torqued up enough.

Its gonna be a take out and recheck job im afraid.

Did you fit a new flywheel at the same time?
