I need to change my water pump on my Celica st 202 3SGE 1994. Does anyone know if it can be done from underneath or is it enigne out ?

You'll find it easier to remove the O/S engine mount. Use a jack under the engine (on Sump) to raise and lower the engine to give you better access to cam belt cover, etc etc.
