Disassemble Front Seat Headrests

Hi,

On my T27 Avensis the front seat headrests are kind of noisy when you put your head on it or move your head...

I wanted to disasemble them, I don't now how to remove them from the car, but also what I wanted was to disassemble the whole head rest to try to remove the noise, like remove the back cover and check for the noise origin?

Any help would be appreciated.

Errm, head 'rests' are head restraints. they're a safety feature to help protect against severe whiplash in the event of a collision. If you are driving with you head resting on the head rests then you are sat incorrectly in your car. I imagine the police would say 'Sit up & pay attention'.
