Dashboard Lighting

Im looking at changing the lighting on my dash to a blue/whit combo instead of the orange that my auris has already got.

Have seen a thread on here sort of showing how its done from 3years ago (http://www.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=112860), but was wondering if anyone has tried to do it, and if so do they have any recommendations?

The other problem I'm having is identifying which type of LED's to use?

Anyone got any suggestions, they would be greatfully received!

i know there was a posting on one of these forums showing in detail how to do this mod.

suggest you use search function at the top of each forum page to find it.

Yeh, thats the page I've linked in the comment, but doesnt explain which fitment of LED's were used.

Think Ive found them.....they are called Surface Mount LED's.

Yep, all the centre console is being done aswel.

Just need to find the time to do it and will post pics/instructions if anybody is interested?

Yes thanks, that would be good. Might have a go myself if it's straightforward to do.

Then again with my delicate touch, I'd probably make a 'slight error'...
