Hi, I'm unable to hear voice guidance from my tns 200.

Volume is full up and visual map directions are functioning. Any ideas. Thanks.

Sounds like the wire has popped out (or not been put in) at the back?? Main dealer should be able to sort it!

Could anyone lend me a copy of the 2003 CD please ? (just bought a year old Avensis and it came with the 2002-06 version )

Are you saying there is no audio or voice from LH front speaker?

If not, do you have fade & balance set correctly ( Sorry if I appear to be patronising )?

If so, It will be an electrical problem, possibly from Nav unit to Audio head unit.

It sounds like a problem with the wiring to the speaker on left hand side. The TNS system only uses the passenger side speaker for voice instructions - hence why you are probably not hearing anything. The radio/CD sontrol such as fade, balance will only effect the radio NOT the SatNAv.
