Help Please

hi there i dont own a starlet but i own a micra and have owned a micra turbo which i regretably sold but now im starting over and im thinking of using a starlet turbo manifold so im wondering if you nice people can give me a few measurements please!! i need port-port centres from left to right and thats it :) my plan is to cut the starlet flange off and weld on a micra one. also if i get the stainless standard manifold what is the next size turbo up from a standard? cause im thinking of going straight for a td04 as its still smaller than what i previously used LOL
