All private Yaris orders in April which are registered within the Quarter will benefit from 6 months FREE fuel. This will be issued on a pre-paid Visa card that can be used at any UK fuel retailer. The Visa card will be branded and designed as a Toyota Fuel card and will be pre-loaded with £548.15, which has been calculated using the following assumptions:

• Fuel consumption based on Yaris T-Spirit 1.0M 3dr Official Combined Cycle MPG – 55.4

• Petrol price (£/Litre) based on Parkers Fuel Price Monitor as of 22/03/11.

• Average annual mileage of 10,000 based on Parkers guide

6 Months Mileage 5000

Total Value £548.15

The Toyota website states for Yaris T Spirit models but it applies to ALL Yaris, not just the T Spirit

Hi all, I'm new to this site after coming across it the other day whilst trying to find out why my i-pod would not work through the Tom Tom.

I'm a little gutted that I have missed out on this offer as I picked up my new T-spirit on Friday (1/4), having only ordering it the previous week. I went to my local dealer who told me that they hold sold all of their Island Blue t-spirits and so they would have to order one in, so I would then not be able to get the full discounted price of £1,700. To cut a long story short they then managed to find me one from another dealer which had previously been reserved and then rushed to get it through by the end of the month so that it would help them out with their sales for the end of the month. I am expecting a call from the salesman tomorrow and will certainly let him know that I am a little disappointed to have missed out on this offer as surely they would have know that this was coming, or do they just find out the day it is launched?

I know that there is probably nothing I can do about it now, but if I had waited for them to have ordered one in and taken the discount price of £1,500 that was offered I would have been better off by a few hundred pounds with the petrol offer. I am a little peeved by it all to say the least. Whinge over, thanks for listening!!

It is always annoying when you find a better deal comes out tomorrow, customers always find it frustrating, HOWEVER I upload all of our internet deals etc and I can assure you we only learned of this offer on 1st April. Our sales manager and marketing team had to sit and watch a 20 minute webcast first thing on the Friday morning (1st April) so your dealer would not have known either

It is one to watch out for in future, ALL manufacturers run their campaigns from quarter to quarter, IE Jan 1 to 31 March, April 1 to June 30th, so if you are really happy with a deal at the end of a quarter, go for it, BUT do remember there will be a different deal on the table in the next quarter that may or may not suit you
