Headlight Removel?

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me please if there is a tutorial or any guidance available from any members for the removal of a headlight from a 2007 Rav4 XTR? As I have to replace one and have never attempted the removal of one before any advice would be much appreciated!

Not done this myself but I'm pretty sure the front bumper will have to come off to access fixings. See PDF for what is involved.

Use of tape for protection is essential and it helps to have assistance with lowering the bumper onto a blanket or somesuch.
