Had a disagreement with a large plastic box today which shattered under the car. Strange noises ensued and bits of the undertray had to be gaffer taped up.

On returning home I phoned RMB Toyota Stockton on Tees and they asked me to bring it straight over. Half an hour at the garage and the undertray was pinned back up with new fixings and the car was even given a wash and vac.

Best bit of all - NO CHARGE. How's that for service!!

i cant complain about toyota service either , i have had a knocking sensation in the steering column - took it in and they replaced the column , knuckle and the rack to be on the safe side .took it in 8am and done for 2pm excellent service !
