when on forums page the google ads at the top cover things like notifications etc.is there a option to shift them.or am i missing something.

They don't on my PC, it might be the browser you are using??? I am using Firefox at the moment, the new Firefox 4

try it in another browser perhaps??

On another subject, I had another one of those threats detected by AVG whilst viewing TOC in Internet Explorer earlier today

I use Norton to protect my computer and am wondering if it is this that is slowing down the page changes within TOC given that it might be detecting problems.... if this site is infected with something then I might well stay away for a day or two

I find Norton dreadfully slow with anything it does, I had to get rid of it on my last PC I dont think the processor / memory could keep up, I have used AVG for years now and never had a problem with it

The latest threat put me offline for a minute while AVG quarantined it, here is the screendump
