Well Ive seen alot of posts on previous forums ive been with saying how MR T service can be pretty bad but I wanted to put up a good experience for a change. My father and brother in law, got there motors not from Mr T but 2 other makers, both hbave had to really fight to either get free work done with in there warranty or a reasonable price. I went to my local toyota garage the other day wanted the brakes looked at cause they were squealing at low speed and my headlights had some condensation in them. About an hour waiting later they come back to me and had replaced the back brakes, re glazed the fronts. Also ordered me 2 new headlight and have found a slight leak on the water pump and will fix that for free under warranty aswell, tbh I was really shocked at the service. Most garages probably wouldnt have bothered look at the rest of the car to find a water leak but I must admit I am really happy with this service. Also washed the car one job i didnt have to do that day either

Not quite sure what you mean by "re glazed the fronts" when talking of your brakes???

There are some very good Toyota dealers out there, and in todays competetive market things can only get better as consumers will expect better service or go elsewhere.

Toyota dealerships generally do well in consumer surveys and appear to be trying even harder to please since the unfortunate bad publicity of the recalls in the last couple of years
