You have to have the picture uploaded somewhere else (Facebook for example), then depending on your internet browser you need to;

Google Chrome - Right Click > Copy Image URL - click the image button along the ribbon bar where you type your message, and paste in the URL.

Internet Explorer - Right Click > Properties > click on the URL > Ctrl+A > Ctrl+C > click the image button along the ribbon bar where you type your message, and paste in the URL.

For the road: DSC00554.jpg

For off the road: DSC00220.jpg

For anything in between, and touring: IMG_1064.jpg

Top is a Specialized Secteur, middle a Trek 6500 and bottom a Specialized Tricross. Between them I managed 4500 miles last year which was nearly as many miles as the car did! I was unemployed for much of the year though, and it didn't rain just as much as it has done this year!

What sort of riding does the Trek see? I wouldn't trust those tyres on the routes I do.

All look great! :)

Like most MTB's, it hasn't seen a lot of action! Having said that, I have used it on some of the 7Stanes routes (Glentrool, Glentress, Peebles, Ae forest, Drumlanrig) but all are a bit of a "trek" from home. For the likes of those rides, the knobblies go back on it. The tires in the photo are Specialized Hemisphere Armadillos - puncture resistant - so much more practical for what I normally use it for, on the glass infested bike paths of Ayrshire, Renfrewshire and Glasgow.

I see what you did there... (a fair "TREK" from home)

Where abouts in the UK are you?

North Ayrshire, about 35 miles from Glasgow.

Just fitted a Cube DTC Carbon Muddy Board for the Stereo, finishes it off nicely and should keep the muck of the shock.
