Cigarette Lighter Not Working -Help Please!

Hi, just wondering if any of you can help.

The cigarette lighter which we use for sat nav and ipod has decided to give up the ghost. Everything else is working fine, have no handbook/manual but have located the fuse panel behind passenger dash - just no idea of which one to try and check!

Its a Corolla Verso, 54 reg.

What about the power outlet for rear seat passengers, not sure if every spec Verso has it but in my SR it is at the bottom of the centre console. Not sure which fuse to look for.

is there not a picture of the fuses layout on the rear of the panel you removed?

Have you checked that the connectors on the back of the cig lighter are still attached?

Had something similar on my car, using the socket for phone charger etc seemed to dislodge one of the connectors.

Also check that there's nothing physically blocking the socket. A cheapie phone charger plug disintegrated in ours and left a piece inside. Once we'd worked that out (in both senses) all was well again.
