Ipod Cannot Seem To Use It

I cannot get my Ipod to work in the Yaris, I have enabled the Aux plug, I have tried two USB connectors one with large plug that gets it charging and one with the small pin plug you plug into the top of Ipod, but will not work, is there another connector I am missing ?

Hi there and welcome to TOC....

Whether this works with an IPOD i have no idea, but in our Aygo i plug my IPAD into the aux socket using the headphone socket on the ipad to the aux socket on the fascia, switch on the car radio, change the mode on the radio to AUX and press play on the ipad.

You need a double ended cable, not sure of the size, but its one with the narrow plugs 3 or 4 mm i think? any good radio or computer shop will sell you one.
