Any one know how the black strip on each side of the roof come off?

Not meaning to be cheeky, but.

Everything comes off a car,

its just a metal body made of seperate panels joined together, & then finishing strips & components etc added.

do you mean without damaging anything including the strips & fasteners

& in a way that you can replace them without requiring to buy new ones?

What do you want to replace the strips with?

I will be puting them back on so need to take them off without damaging them.

personally i think 'carbon look sticky back plastic' looks exactly like what it is,

'carbon look sticky back plastic' stuck on,

thats however good its applied.

& it will never look like the real thing does on a M3,

plus its only seen by tall people.

I made the mistake of getting a black iQ, forgetting how hot a black roof makes a car get inside.
