Dealer Satisfaction - Are You Satisfied?

Greetings all,

Having spent 4 years to date (& many more to come) on the UK S2000 owners forum & club I have found it invalueable for the amount of knowledge, information and fantastic people on there that are always willing to offer help in all shapes & sizes. The very same can be said of this forum - I have been overwhelmed by the amount of help, guidance, knowledge & general willing to help me in the short period of time that I have been a member

So, getting back on topic, one of the great things that runs on S2KI is a dealer satisfaction thread which basically gives members the opportunity to report back on the standard of service that they received on their last visit to their local dealer such as:

Dealer Name. Eg Springfield, Newcastle upon Tyne

Number of visits:

Workmanship 1-10

Knowledge of the car 1-10

Customer Service 1-10

Sales 1-10

Comments about good or bad service.

Real customer feedback from your recent experience is worth it's weight in gold as every one else will then know who to avoid like the plague and which dealerships are superstars

To date, I have had 2 visits to Lindop Brothers Toyota in Queensferry - the most recent being today and all I can say is that they are fantastic - so impressed!!

I have had Honda's now for 12 years and have always loved the top class customer experience & service that they provide, although not all dealerships proivde great service or price.

Nissan were complete and utter sh1te in a number of dealers we had the unfortunate experience to deal with when we had the X-Trail other than Middlehurst Nissan - a GTR specialist in St. Helens who are superb.

Does any thing like this exist on this forum? If not, I would like to start it and ask permission from the moderators to do so if this is required.
