Sat Nav Time

I don't use Sat Nav very often but when I used it yesterday I noticed the estimated arrival time was before I had even left! (journey time less than 1 hour) The clock is at the correct time but the Sat Nav says GMT so is obviously not linked. Is this something that can be changed or do you mentally have to adjust for the clocks changing every 6 months.

One of the settings is for "daylight saving time" push the yes button and away you go!

Just dont forget to put it back in October.
