Hi,

On my toyota auris 2007 Luna with an leather option...

I just seen that there was 2 connectors unconnected, one under each seat (driver and passenger), between 2 and 4 pins I guess...

So, the question is, what is it for ???? heating, Speakers ???

Pronostics

Thanks

Estimated guess:

Airbags

Seatbelts

Heated seats

Speaker wire

If its not connected perhaps it shouldnt be because you dont have the option to use what ever it is for, most manufacturers have the car wired up so if a customer requested for example heated seats its a simple install because its ready like plug & play...

Speakers' connectors can be found only inside the doors, not under the the seats; those unconnected connectors are there for heated seats, almost sure.

i should think the heater elements are built into the seats,so would need seats replacing.

dont know this as a fact though.

You're welcome !

You can fit some second hand heaters , first identify the switch connector that can be found under the central console storage box, (it's a black colour 8 pin connector, I'll tell you terminals signification), then remove the seats upholstery, put and connect the heaters to designated plugs; finally, put a 10 or 15 amps fuse (fuse no.11 inside the fuse box).
