Water Dripping From Nozzle In Engine?

Hi my 94 Surf 3L auto SSR-G has water dripping from a ?nozzle/pipe about the size of a finger bent and pointing downwards. It is located at the back of the engine near the passenger side level with the glove compartment. Does anyone know what this is please?

i am going to take an educated guess here, i suspect your using the air con,

this produces water and the outlet is usually on the bulk head,

i assume you have checked water levels on the car and found no probs

Hi thanks for the reply. I haven't had the air con on but have had the heater/blower on, on the coolest setting. I haven't been able to check the radiator water yet as it is too hot and I'm waiting for it to cool down. Is this pipe an overflow pipe and is it normal for it to drip water? Thanks

I've just been out to check, it looks like the air con button was pressed in, I must have caught it when I was setting the heater options. The water appears to have stopped dripping now. Thanks for your help.

Glad you sorted the "problem" It is indeed water known as condesate: The evaporator in the Air Con system, extracts moisture from the air: That's all it is. (Same as the water that forms on window glass.)
