Anyone got a Prius Passport from Toyota yet?

Is the Passport the service book ?

Whatever it is, I havn't got one :(

Yesterday my Club Toyota members handbook arrived. The letter said ...

"Now that you have your new Toyota vehicle ......"

Today another Club Toyata members handbook arrived. The letter said ...

"Now that you have your Toyota approved used vehicle ....."

Obviously Toyota are confused about whether a four week old demonstrator car is new or used.

Oh well ...... two handbooks and four membership cards are better than none!

Maybe the passport will arrive soon.

I dropped my Toyoto dealer an email this week asking about the passport and a couple of days later it arrived in the post.

Toyota are very confused about the service intervals for the Prius as the manual says 6000/12000 (which I think we can assume to be wrong) in the passport, the quick guide says 9000/18000 whilst the service book says 10,000/20000
