This text is from our free fuel user guide that we use in house

Q. When will I receive my Toyota Fuel Card?

A. You will receive your Toyota fuel card within the first 14 days of the month following delivery of your car. For example, if your car is delivered in April you can expect to receive your fuel card in the first 2 weeks of May.

Having a whole load of bank holidays coming together wont help! The free fuel offer is titled Free fuel for 6 months, however, the card is valid for a full 12 months, so you have plenty of time to use it up. maybe just top up your car with a bit of fuel just in case you card is delayed because of the bank holidays

The card is issued by Citibank, not Toyota, we have had umpteen BANK holidays with Easter, Royal wedding etc, I would not panic too much yet, there are no other delays that I know of

If you have gone all this time on one tankful you will never use £560 worth of fuel in 6 months!

Get out and get driving your car....Enjoy it!

Got mine in less then 2 weeks! By the way, you have a whole year to use it up. Not tried it out yet. Fuel economy seems good so far according to computer. 48 mpg. 1.33vvti. Will check MPG the old fashioned way when I next fill up.

Tried using the card last night on a Tesco pump. It refused to have anything to do with it.

Do you have to activate the card by ringing a number? The card is issued by citi bank and there is a helpline number to call if you have problems, a lot of cards have to be "activated" these days, might be worth a call

You can't use the card at the pump itself. You will need to go in and enter the pin no. Not sure about activation of card though. Not used mine yet. Regards.

You only get one when you buy a new Yaris (Or was it all Toyotas?) but I think that offer may have ended?
