Ignition Problem

I put new positive and negative terminals on my 93 Toy pickup 4 cyl. It was late at night and didn't like the terminals on the Battery pointing toward the front so I turned the Battery around and didn't even think of switching the terminals around. Yes I hooked them up backwards. Anyway blew fuses replaced the ignitor, coil, pickup coil, cap and rotor, ECU and STILL NO SPARK. I haven't replaced the relay yet and will is there anything else I am overlooking? I am not good at electrical problems. Is there any other fuses or anything else that I can look at?
