Wanted - 12R Cylinder Head

Hello,

Have just discovered the compression loss in my 1975 Hiace camper is due to two recessed exhaust valve seats, and instead of shelling out for a regrind am wondering if anyone has a good condition 12r cylinder head they'd like to sell?

Another of the valves has a bent shaft and is sticking in the valve guide (sticks in all the guides), and trying to find replacement 12r valves isn't fun so I guessed it would be best to try here with you folks first for a half decent cylinder head.
