Door Strap For 2006 Rav 4

hi there,

I am looking to change the door strap on my 2006 rav 4.this is the strap on the rear door.I have read that I can replace this stap or door stay

with a longer stay to allow my rear door to open fully to 90 degrees.I do realise that it will cover one of the rear lights if I had the door in the fully open position on the highway.Could anybody please tell me where I could purchase this replacement part.My car is the rav4 2006 xt4 2.2d

Hi Oilyfrank + welcome, there is an excellent Tutorial on how to fit these under Technical hints + tips at the top of the page (4.3 90dgr checkstrap by Anchorman) if Kingo doesn't come up trumps, which he usually does, they are available
