Gen 7 Vvtli Induction Kit

For that price, you'd be better off buying a performance panel filter. It will give the same gains the induction kit would for a lot less. That is unless you want the look of the induction kit and the roar. Though disconnecting the vac hose to the batterfly in the airbox will produce the roar as well.

Rememebr to reset your ECU!

K&N all the way! Reset your ECU once fitted (helps gets the benfit straight away)

Fit it & 1 week later clean your MAF & reset ECU again.

Everytime you clean it/re-oil it, clean your MAF about 1 week later (as any excess oil on the filter should have been sucked away by then) and reset the ECU.

Unless you have an uprated exhaust system, to go with an decent Induction kit, you won't really see any gains on a stock ECU. Those that say they do don't have before & after dyno results to prove it!
