Bluetooth Problem

Hi All

i have a 57 plate avensis tr with toyota bluetooth is there a way i can access the settings to turn off the audio indicator for sms message received i have a nokia e71 connected i cant find any settings on the phone so i am assuming it may be the bluetooth any help would be greatly appreciated

sorry its a nokia e72 that i have connected and hearing you have a new message is driving me up the wall as family and friends are txting me on purpose to wind me up

Have you tried setting your mobile phone to 'silent' for message alerts?? It works for me!
