I notice, when you open the screen, to access the CD slot that there is something like a firewire port or mini USB port behind a cover. Is this only for Mr T to use to upload latest mapping data?

which is why it is surprising that it took Toyota nearly 2 years to come up with the "special equipment" needed to deliver the extremely expensive map updates. (wonders why it just didn't need a firewire cable, laptop PC and the necessary software)
