How Many Miles Are On Your Gen 7 Celica?

Just wanted to see how many people out here are happy with their Gen 7 (2000+) Celicas and see how well they're running.

I'm buying a black 2000 Celica GT-S (optioned out excluding leather) in a couple days with 94k miles for $6,700 (image attached). It has had 2 previous owners (both over 50) and has always been garaged and has all maintenance paperwork. It has new tires, breaks, serpentine belt, and headlights all within the last 1-3 years. That sound like a good deal? I'm hoping to put another couple hundred-thousand miles on it. You think she'll get there?

How many miles do you have on your Gen 7? Hows it running?

If you have shopped about to check prices where you are then great! The Toyotas all normally reach high mileages as long as they are serviced properly. have fun !

And a warm welcome to the forum of course !!!!!

The 190's are good engines, the only issue with them is Lift bolts (Oil Control Valves I think is the correct term)), but I understand you just need to fit the revised version.

Lift Bolts and the Oil Control Valve are two separate things ;)
