 Hi all,

im bored of the stock cd now in the yaris, its time to do some work on it

Im looking at the Sony CDX f7500, does anyone know if that will fit, or will i have to start hacking up the dash :(

Also, looking for some advice on 6 x9's, and 13cms and tweeters for the front.

Cash is a little tit, but im looking for some loud and lots of bass (well lots for 6x9's anyway)

No amp yet either, ill get one in a few months.

Ive been looking at the infinity 6x9's. on the Halfords wesbite Do you know if they are any good?

Cheers

Kieran

dont buy owt from halfrauds!

sony unit should be fine, 13cm spekaers should drop in with no probs and for the 6x9s id recommend Vibe who do pretty well on the bass front

i always thought jl audio Speakers are pretty good. expensive though.

my cheapie ones in the back of mine where 150, and they are on 6.5", the front 6" where £350.

well, thats expensive to me anyway.

how much are the vibes? and does it really matter as once you get an amp, you dont want any bass coming from the Speakers anwya, let the amp/sub handle it and spekaers /tweeters for everyting else.

how loud you wanna go? we got 127.6 db from standard Speakers and a little 8" vibe, so i'm thinking that you don't need much for a good sounding setup in the yaris.
