91 Cynos Beta 1.5 16V Efi. Engine Internals ?

Hi, i own a 91 cynos beta (5e-fhe) i think either its dropped a pistol or a valve (havent opened the head up yet) and i cant get the parts at the local motor factors.

would any1 be able to tell me what car i can get compatible engine internals from.

any help would be much appreciated.
