Idle Speed Control Valve Fails Often

:crybaby: I bought a '99 Camry 4 cylinder sedan on May 1999. On May 2001 at 20000 miles on it, the idle speed control valve (ISC) failed, and it couldn't sustain the idle during start up. I had to push the gas pedal to run the engine to get to the nearest dealer. The dealer immediately recognized the problem and performed warranty replacement.

On December 2002 at 33000 miles, it failed again. The same dealer replaced the valve as a warranty repair. Today (3/18/2004) at 46000 miles, it failed again. Now I'm frustrated. I'm thinking why I bought this Camry instead of other models.

Is this a known problem or it just happens to me only? I'm going to take my Camry to the dealer tomorrow. Should I tell them to inspect other parts in order to repair the nature of the cause?
