Brake Fluid Low Light On

My 2007 camry hybrid recently displayed a 'low brake fluid light'. took a look at the reservoiur, sure enough, lowfl;uid. Adde DOT 3 to max line and light still on. disconected starting/operations Battery for maybe one minute. thinking that thing would reset back to normal. NO DICE.

when you remove the brake fluid cap has it float for sensing the fluid level as some cars have this may have stuck in the low position and not floating up.

does your warning lamp only indicate low fluid level,or also a general brake warning system for things like handbrake or abs problem.ive not familiar with a camry hybrid.is it anything like a prius hybrid,if so it may pay to put your post on the prius forum.
