Well my 3 month old Aygo Go has gone rusty !. All the wheel nuts both locking and normal have gone rusty. Hopefully Mr T will sort it out properly considering how many of them ive brought recently (aygo's that is). They had a quick peek on tuesday and have booked it in fir a couple of weeks time. Just something for you guys to look out for !

Yup those bolts do get rusty. I treated mine with WD40 when I got the car, but Toyota replaced them at the 2nd year service of their own accord. I don't understand why these Japanese manufacturers insist on using soft metal products that are susceptible to corrosion in the UK (I'm thinking Lexus and their alloys).

Mine started rusting very suddenly last year. Toyota told me they aren't covered at all, so I'm going to have to resort to some covers for them. And I'm not sure whether it's exclusive to the Aygo or whether it happens on the C1 and 107 as well - maybe the wheel nuts are French? Not sure...
