Well? How will you see out your last 24 hours?

I was going to fill up my car with petrol. Lots of driving to do the week after the end of the world.

:thumbsup:

You would think there would be end-of-time sale... corporate greed knows no bound!

For a bit of apocalyptic fun though, what would you do in your last 24 hours.

I would fill up the GTi, grab me dad and spend my last hours barreling round country roads, driving to nowhere in particular. Any place that looked right is where I would drive, without any other intention than enjoying the machine I had so painstakingly built for over 2+1/2 years.

But if I had no cash I'd live out my last 24 hours with my best mates, me, my hand and good ol' internet porn!

Isn't is 110 miles? I've never actually been all round it! A13 round south side to M3 or A127 north to the M4' but the but between the A13 and. A127, and the bit between the M3 and the m4 strangely enough have always eluded me!

I did once, 'tho not continuously; Drove all the way round from 'da norf' end via Dartford to drop parents and brothers off at Gatwick, then decided I'd go the other way round to get back.

There are actually some very scenic parts! But also some really bad parts (And the south side seemed to be a lot more potholey and ruty than the north side!)

Must admit tho', a Yaris is not a good car for long distance driving;

My spine and shoulders were not happy by the time I got back! :lol:

If they switched off all the ruddy cameras then I will join you well, the m25 is actually a nice drive when empty.
