Where can I find a copy of the Terms and Conditions?

In particular can I terminate after just three months and what would be the penalty?

Terms and conditions should be on your copy of the agreement provided by Toyota Financial Services

You should be able to terminate any finance plan by requesting a settlement figure from TFS and paying off the settlement figure that they provide in writing within the timescale that they also provide

The good news is...Under the consumer credit act they will calculate the early settlement figure to include a rebate on what you would have paid if the finance had gone full term

Exactly as Red Yaris has said just call TF and get a settlement figure they have to 'knock of' the amount of unpaid interest at a rate of 78/80. So if you have £800 in outstanding interest they will rebate £780
