Does anyone of you know how to remove the plate holders from the bumper?

My other question is about the wirings. I am planning to install some small LEDs behind the door handles so that people would see where to pull to get the door opened. To make it work I need to know if there are + wires inside the front doors or as close to them as possible? I know that there's backlight for the driver's window opener, but it's only on one side and I don't know which wire is connected to it. I need + source which is being activated only when the parkers/headlights are being turned on.

Third one is regarding the footwells. I want to make 3 positions: OFF/ON when doors are open/ON when parkers or headlights are on. Again, I need to know some wire which is being activated when the parkers/headlights are being turned on. I allready know where to connect to make them work when doors are opened so no problem with that one.

Is it not possible to run a wire directly from the headlight stalk?

I haven't checked actually.. Maybe I should start by doing that! But I suppose that if it's possible, there are many wires to choose from. Doesn't change the fact that I need help :)
