Yaris Key Fob Problem

Hi

My sister has a 51 Yaris and she is having a problem with the central locking. The key fob will lock the car but it will not open. When the key fob open button is pressed nothing happens. She can get into the car with the key but this sets off the alarm. We have replaced the Battery but this makes no difference.

Can anyone help?

Hi It may need to be re-tuned into the yaris,
