When I Lock Hard On The Right Steering Wheel Feels Tight

I already posted a similar problem but didnt get much of a reply so let me update you,

Been having a problem with my steering when i lock it to the right, sometimes its hard to get back to straighten feels like the wheel is caught,

i also notice as the car warmes up it gets liek this were at the beginning its fine

i checked the power steering fluid and added a little bit more as i was told not to put too much in.

any ideas i would be very grateful

also the power steering seems to be working asi can hear the motor when i lock it

that will fix it.
