Hilux D4D Running Like S*#t :(

Hey, not sure if anyone else has had this problem, my Hilux 2.5 D4D 2006 is running like a pile of pants. Starts fine and runs ok until you have to stop at a junction at which point the engine management light comes on and it either stalls or it continues to run for a while and then stalls. Any suggestions are most welcome.

Possible injector fault, if so I would get it checked ASAP as it will result in engine failure.
