Just bought a 2004 T3. The car only has one, black key with remote central locking. Good bargaining point. I don't think there's an alarm.

How much will it cost me to get a 2nd key cut and where from?

Hi mate, I got £100.00 off my Avensis supplied with only one key but remember it does cost £165.00 for a new one (Avensis). I came out really good on the deal as I contacted the previous owner later myself and got the 2nd and 3rd keys!!

There may also be a problem with your car insurance as some if not all like you to have both keys so that someone can't come along and steal it off your driveway later and if that was the case they would not pay out.

Toyota dealers (mine anyway) will require full proof of who you are like a passport etc and the cars logbook before they will supply a new key.
