Sat Nav In Japanese Imports

I have a Toyota Aeras T year 2000 and would like to know if the sat nav box under the passenger seat can be replaced with a Previa model.

i have a similar problem, i dont have a box under the passenger seat, i didnt get one with it. i would buy one if i knew if it was to work because currently the fm isnt the same frequency, the cd player stopped working, the tv pick up fm radio signal (on channel 1 i can hear capital fm 95.8) and the worst part is that everything is in japanese

does anyone Know how to change the language???

You cannot change the language on Japanese imports from Japanese to any European language including English.

sorry, but that is a fact. The same question has been asked on here many rimes and the answer is always the same, no.
