Drove A Peugeot Ion Today

Had a 30 mile test drive in a Peugeot ion today, we have one on test for the company I work for, for evaluation.

Its very small and feels cheap (£33K without discounts!), but drives well up to around 50mph. It pulls well at all speeds upto around 70mph but wanders around above 50mph and takes a lot of correction with the steering wheel.

After driving this I wondered how the plug in Prius drives, to have the extended range on the Battery with the petrol engine to assist and extend its driving range would be great.

Has anyone driven a plug in version yet?

Yes it is and it was.

But got to say the driving performance of the 'electric only' was good around town and wondered how it would compare to the Prius.
