K&n Induction Kit Help

hi i brought a vvtli celica about 2 months ago and i have the engine light on, i have plugged it in and it comes up with sec.air.inj system malfunction, someone i know who works at toyota says this is to do with my induction kit, any help is much apprechiated thank you.

Just look at what it is you have changed from your previous airbox..maybe the position of the air flow sensor?

sorry i forgot to say that the induction kit was already fitted onto my car and i do not belive it has been fitted right, because there is an open connection where i believe a breather pipe should be, all i want to really know is if anyone has fitted a k&n induction kit on a vvtli and if so how thanks
